We also never received the one that was mailed last month. Mulch and the labor to spread mulch are expensive. I am happy to cover the sprinkler contractor and the lawn maintenance but if you would like mulch that is above what we are will to spend for the landscaping. You are welcome to do this on your own. I do want to send over the landscaper to put down some grass seed and fertilizer if that is ok with you.
