I think its best to just co-ordinate via email I'm going to hand over scheduling to someone in the next two days and then you can deal directly with them for the few JE is talking about ( including you, of course! ). The session is our Urban Detox reconnection ritual - the one you already have the details for. If you want to start to put together tentative times that will work for each person that would be a good start, Mon/Tues/Wed are the best hours to book in general.
