If he has a little time before he leaves again, maybe we can chat for a few, so I can update him on where I'm at or if he has any additional suggestions. I'd really appreciate it. I'll be flying to Texas next month for a few days to a real estate seminar I registered for a few months ago. It's mainly to educate myself on the investment aspect of that business model on how to create passive monthly income streams.
