They used to have several service stores in Tokyo but they have already closed them a few months ago... Now they are operating only at their headquarter in Tokyo and they do only pick up/delivery service on weekdays. I will ship out the documents on Monday. I will fix, get the seals on those documents and send to you this weekend. EFTA00348599 So I understand that I got the confirmation from your side that the documents that I sent to you yesterday is final and there would not be any change at our side until the girls submit the application at the Consulate and until the Consulate give us any further instruction. Thanks! Mika 2015/04/24 7:48, OS — : Hi Mika. Below is from our attorney regarding the documents. As he says it is probably not worth changing the tiny grammatical errors! I read over as well and the girls names are spelled correctly, birth dates correct. I think it is all great and good to go. Up to you if you want to make the little grammatical changes. Really appreciate all your hard work and time. Joi is lucky to have you. But here they are in case. Both nits are in the Letter of Reason for Invitation for each of the girls. The two nits are: in paragraph (1) in the clause that starts on the second line midway on the line with "Interested in launching in Japan as well and bringing Japanese startups to the US." To make it correct, I would change "as well and" to "as well as". In paragraph (2) in the third line down in the paragraph starting with "the visa applicant's company has been seeking for collaboration on investments in startups in Japan." I would change "seeking for collaboration" to "seeking collaboration". Nothing else jumped out at me. I am revising the employment letters and will send them to you separately. Thanks. DARREN K. I have put all the word/excel/PDF documents, related to the visa applications that I have worked on this time. Please check the new word/excel documents (on Karyna's files) that I have just created for individual applications and let me know if you find any problem by tomorrow afternoon in Japan time. The person in charge of Loftwork seals will be at the office tomorrow. I hope I can get seals on the new documents. If we miss tomorrow's afternoon, you need to wait until next Wednesday. Also, Japan will be on an national holiday week, Golden Week, on April 29-May 6. I am not sure about the Consul General offices in US but they might take holidays, too.
