She would have to fly from Miami to NY then she could fly Norwegian Air from NY to Coppenhagen to Rome for around $1110 when all said and done. Would be easier on her to just get the new round trip ticket I have on hold as it is direct and gets her to Milan...but please advise what you prefer...purchase the new ticket or reorganize the old ticket?
