From: To: Russell < Subject: Re: Russell Date: Mon, 06 Oct 2014 19:13:18 +0000 totally agree! Thank you for your understanding! I know Jeffrey appreciates it... Being it is only 1/12th of the fee on a monthly basis.. I truly believe it is a great plan all around, I will send Rich the project invoice in a day or so„ I think it was a great selection with Gregory, His flexibility combined with ours will make sense for Jeffery. So let Jeffery know that I appreciate knowing that he felt burned before, and I will do my best to work with him, No matter how wealthy an individual is, I know they can see and appreciate someone who presents fair value and does not try to take advantage just because he is a highly successful individual., I always want to be on a path to be the go to guy for him and be someone that he can depend on „ The structure works because it keeps Gregory in play without losing him and it will delay Jefferys commitment until he is ready,. ;) Thanks for sharing.. Lets hope that Gregory's work this month will put him on a path to securing the position for himself full time!
