I am glad to hear you were able to get it up and running with the help of Precor support. After all that's what Precor is there for.
It's unfortunate that John could not resolve the issue. I am awaiting a response from John, but it's my understanding that it was not a hardware issue?
Mr. Epstein was not billed for delivery and installation, nor the removal of the Precor EFX 447. The non hard good charge was for connecting the Preva hardware
and creating a Preva account with Preocr.

myself with the help of Precor Tech support. It is now aortae as it should be.
