We are still in the process of securing a visa for Jeffrey so he will not arrive this EFTA00365115 Friday. I do not want to compromise his visa application. Is it possible to get a credit for unused nights even after the check in date of Aug. 15th? I do not think he will be coming now until end of Aug. Please advise what you think we should do.
