I expect that she'll 9 testify that she spoke with a guidance counselor after her 10 father passed away, that her mother found out that she had 11 spoken with a guidance counselor and had a very strong negative 12 reaction to that, and told her that she shouldn't be talking 13 about personal family matters and shouldn't be talking about 14 what happens in their household. 15 THE COURT: Ms. Menninger. 16 MS.
