Keep in mind that I count Sunday to Sunday. Not everyone updates their key each day which is how we track the showings and why we have a 2 day delay. There are currently 5 other rentals available in New Canaan that are within the same price range as yours. EFTA00371909 I would like to see 5 showings per on average to know we are priced right and to expect offers. If we don't increase traffic in the next 2 weeks I will recommend lowering the price by a few hundred.
