Ms. Maxwell, Mr. Epstein, or sometimes even the office people in New York, they would call me and ask me to schedule the massages. Q. When you scheduled the massages, what did you do? A. I went to my office, and I had a Rolodex with all the massage therapists, and whoever they told me to call, I would call that person, and I will ask if they're available for this time.
