Do Gary's lawyers have the legal right to ignore you? Is this a common practice? Is there a time limit they have to file to close the estate? Is there some legal way you can get these lawyers to take you seriously. I uneducated as this sounds....I suspect my brother is busy spending the money now. He can not make a living. You have no records. He does not play by the rules. There will be nothing left and then I will be told it's too expensive to sue someone who has no money anyway. Do other lawyers behave this way to you? Is this a game? I am very respectful of your professional advice and experience, but you also seem surprised by the lack of professionalism of my brother's lawyers. Has my brother, in fact broken the law? If so, is his representation aware or just ignoring us. As annoying and apologetic as I appear be, I really have no understanding of what is going on.
