Deep landscaping background - have had to create and maintain large ground and manicured environments. Deep construction background - able to not only maintain, but build structures themselves. Deep mechanical background for marine and land- able to maintain and rebuild engines, generators, desal plants. Deep maintenance background for land and marine- for sophisticated to simple structures to equipment to vehicles to boats and recreational vehicles. Deep housekeeping, cooking, entertaining, guest care background - for the high level of service I would require for the Principal and his guests. According to them they love challenges and working to get all exactly right.
