From: Jeffrey Epstein To: Mark Tollison , Richard Kahn Subject: Re: FW: Zorro Internet for ISP Date: Mon, 14 Oct 2013 09:51:55 +0000 Attachments: ATT00001; letterhead-zorroranch.docx >, what do you recommend.. lets meet in ny on wed or thurs to discuss Forwarded message From: Mark Tollison Date: Mon, Oct 14, 2013 at 2:07 AM Subject: FW: Zorro Internet for ISP To: Jeffrey Epstein Sir, The proposal from Advanced Communications for installing the Internet infrastructure for Zorro Ranch was forwarded up earlier this week which I believe you have RK reviewing. Depending which ISP proposal you wish to move forward on, you now have with this proposal (and one from Hughes for ISP) all proposals (with Advanced Communications) to install all aspects of the intemet you need for ZR. This proposal attached is from a company named Higher Speed Internet (HSI) for the ISP provider for Zorro Ranch. I believe you have dealt with this company before. This is an option to the proposal from Hughes which Brice says you and RK have and have reviewed. Brice has not moved forward on Hughes since he believes this is better. Richard Boltz of Advanced Communications has spoken with the President of HSI, Steve Grabiel, to verify that he understands what ZR needs and what HSI can deliver- see atached. Brice had Grabiel break everything down per RK's requirements in the attached proposal. ZR would install any poles required. Note: This proposal is good only through 10/19 - because of weather and personal commit t en ts of Grabiel. Brices notes below. Brices Notes: "15 Meg will be the Max service, note Richard B comment equipment rated for 25 miles, we are 32 miles It still will be better service than Hughes net HSI did propose at one point, 10,000 build out to lay cable from there building to ours on crest therefore Hughes Net was contacted. This was forwarded to Rich K and he may get confused with this offer and HSI last proposal. Richard B did have concerns about this provision/Steven, but looks like we have only 2 options here HSI service will be coming from there tower on Sandia Crest to a new dish on the Ranch Service is for Data/Internet only not phone. Time Warner T1 services should be retained as redundancy Please make note of time frame to install services from HSI, basically its a weather/seasonal issue." NDA's, confidentiality agreements, will be taken care of. Whatever the Principal needs will be signed, with scrutiny from many attorneys on my end. My reason for sending you the email last night is time is of essence (you clearly understand in your response), and the price breakdown seen below will multiply by what I say it will the further the Principal choses to wait. You folks could already be enjoying the benefits of 15 megs download today. Like my email stated last night. I am a simple person. Pay a bill on time, receive service. Because this is in the 5GHz spectrum understand there cannot and will not ever be any SLA for this service. This service in this spectrum is and will always be a best effort service. Please forward this message on to your bossman. The later we wait to execute, my price will go up. I am the person who will be doing the work on the tower on the Crest. I am the person who will be responsible for the delivery of the bandwidth required, no one else! The price presented to you will terminate on 10/19/13. I can get the job done by the end of October, but I do not want to be on the tower in November and December. If you chose to wait to issue Higher-Speed Internet a PO in November the price will quadruple. If you chose to issue the PO in December the price will go up 20 times. I have a wife who lives in Los Angeles and interfering with my time with her in these critical times of year is absolutely unacceptable to me, I hope you and your bossman understand. I met you two months ago and presented you with a viable and reasonable path for 15 megs download. We could have had your bossman the bandwidth he wants a month ago. There are more providers of this bandwidth you require in the area, so shop judiciously. I can provide what is required in a timely fashion, all without burdens of contracts like Time Warner loves to bind you and your bossman to. I am a simple person. Treat me right and I will treat you right. Golden Rule. This being said, thank you for inviting me to the Zorro Ranch. It is a beautiful facility. Your bossman truly has a special place he has built himself.
