Tile: LMT International quote for the tile is $10,690 - unit price is $2.35, not the $2.00 Jimmy quoted originally. Jimmy called LMT to argue the price mix-up - the vendor explained that the $2.00 price was based on an old rate - when LSJ first bought tiles back in 2007, and that the vendor had tried to keep the price as close to cost as possible over the years, but it has been a while since LSJ has ordered and the 4400 quantity does not even fill half of a container, so at this time the best he can offer is the $2.35 price. Jimmy had also asked LMT to add the white thinset to the order, as it will be more expensive here on St. Thomas. LMT is re-working the quote and will email it over today. 6. Entrance: Jimmy will contact the 2 stone masons that did work over on Water Island. They are from St. Lucia, and he says their work is very good. Jimmy recommends LSJ hire them on a weekly basis and pay them directly. 7. Kawasaki seats for existing bikes Todd of Palmetto Motorsports is working with his vendor to get us a quote at the wholesale prices. I expect that quote by tomorrow at the latest. 8. Four mules Rich has completed negotiations for the purchase of the 4 Kawasaki 2012 4010 mules. $43,600 9. Another Polaris 850 Rich is contacting Greater Yamaha for the quote.
