The DEP Settlement was modified as Mortara's attorney had been advised that the DEP will not agree to a modification as described in 2a). As a solution to this, 2b) has been added to the Settlement. Please have these documents executed on behalf of Laurel, Inc. and email them back to me. Please have the originally executed documents delivered to my address below. I think you should have EFTA00393739 three copies of the Declaration and the PB Settlement and two copies of the DEP Settlement executed.
