These are permanent questions always want to ask. Need more information about electric, sewer system, gas, water meter, or was it reverse osmosis so 500 gallons a minute? The grounds — what location did he take care of — big differential depending where located ie Florida vs Caribbean vs Arizona. So where were the grounds located and some more information on the grounds and staff. How many staff, how many oversee, what were responsibilities of staff and individual responsibilities?
