I think that a personal assistant is privy to all details of someones life. I do not think that CS would like knowing I was married to someone who has this information. Not that she would share it with me but the worlds are just to close. I also think that she just has a great deal of flexibility with JE. She gets to work from home some days and gets in a bit later on other days. JE allows her to do things that are important to her as a mom. I think this flexibility may be more challenging for CS to allow since he used to larger organizations. Although working is important to Lesley, she also does not want to miss out on being a Mom. Overall JE has been very good about this for a long time.
