I think the way this loan works is if you say I am building with stone and it cost $100k then when the stone is installed they will release $100k. If we install and elevator but it is not in the estimate they do not release funds for that. So I want to be as complete as we can be and include the elevator, a patio with bar, grill and fridge, and John had mentioned we may need more than one heating system for the second floor due to the large game room.
