Hello everyone,
Just a reminder that it's not too late to register for the dinner on September 7! You may register online via
PayPal on Yonkofa's website or R.S.V.P. to the mailed invitation. If you've not received an invitation in the mail
& you do not want to register online, please email me directly with your mailing address to ensure an invitation
is mailed to you. Please feel free to pass this invitation along to your friends/colleagues who would be interested
in attending.
If you are not able to attend the dinner, you may also make a tax deductible donation on Yonkofa's website.
Remember, just $5 pays for one Typhoid or Hepatitis B vaccine!
Thank you to those who have already registered or donated! We appreciate everyone's support!

Dear Friends & Family,
I am writing to ask for your support for a fundraiser that I am co-chairing along with my Mother & our dose family friend,
Dr. Gabriella Nunci. If you are not aware, in 2010 Gabriella conceived The Yonkofa Project which is a 501 (c)3 non-profit
organization. The Yonkofa (meaning "friendship" in the local Ghana language -Twi) Project completed Building 1 of the
first clinic earlier this year which will house medical staff. The next goal is to raise funds for Building 2 as the clinic itself &
to also build a well to provide clean water to the village. Volunteers are being lined up to establish a monthly rotation of
physicians from the United States and sponsors have provided the salary for two Ghanaian nurses. This sustainable
community clinic model will serve as the blueprint for future clinics built and managed by The Yonkofa Project.
You can help support The Yonkofa Project by attending it's first annual Atlanta fundraiser, "A September Affair: Dinner,
Wine Auction and Ghanaian Art Auction" on Friday, September 7, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. at Villa Christina (Perimeter
Summit, 400 Summit Blvd, Atlanta, GA 30319). Please save the date! Invitations will be mailed shortly along with RSVP
cards to indicate your choice of dinner & payment for your tax deductible $100 ticket per person. You can also purchase
your tickets online now on The Yonkofa Project website via PayPal at http://yonkofa.org/2012/07/a-september-affair-
tickets-100-each/. Another option is to send me an email to RSVP (include name, # of guests, dinner choice: Fish,
Steak, Chicken or Vegetarian) and we will collect your check for your ticket contribution at the door.
If you are unable to attend dinner on September 7, you may choose to donate a tax-deductible contribution via Pay Pal
on The Yonkofa Project website:
General Project Donations: htt
yonkofa.org/
Vaccine Donations: http://yonkofa.org/vaccines/
Did you know a $5 donation will provide "one shot," of either the Typhoid vaccine, or the Hepatitis B vaccine along with
the cost of the syringe and needle, and prorated airline shipping costs for one vaccination?
