Apparently some scheduling has changed and I did not know about it...Barnaby is coming tomorrow at noon for lunch , not at 9am anymore and he is leaving at 5pm...Jeffrey wants to make sure we communicate his schedule with each other, that we all know what hotels he is staying in, we should all have each other's cell phone number programmed in our phones (including Darren's ( Etc! (mine is btw!) So if you are making schedule changes or finding out about timing ...just anything when it comes to Jeffrey, we need to all CC each other on an email so we are all aware of things. I don't see why and need to know what is going on in NY while JE is here unless it involves flying to the island or the ranch (ie: i will not cc you on every appt I make for JE when he is in NY) But, we need to all be kept in the loop as much as possible...if I make an appt for JE while on the ranch and then it is changed by one of you, I need to be kept abreast of it. thanks for understanding and all of us trying to help out and work together!
