I ran by our house 6 times today....trying to imagine our house closer up on the property... I really love the big
front yard the depth it is now... I would hate to want a pool and a small pool house (that is what I think Bob
meant, not a play room) and not be able to...I wonder if a pool could be off to the side of the house..the opposite
side of the driveway with basketball hoop.

Here is the scanned survey.
Lesley,
You and Ike should go up to the property and see if this house should not be
moved toward the front of the lot. Maybe about 65 ft off the road. It would
be about 30 ft closer to the main road. That way the existing back yard
could accommodate a pool and play room for Tyler.
I know I already mentioned this and I may be wrong just wanted you guys to
be sure. This is one of those things I can't change.
