JEVIF - use old officers and indicate term ends 2.29.2012. No need to notify of new officers till next year's filing. 2. New entities - indicate 10,000 shares at $.01 par value. She did not file any amended articles. Note the components of capital are not provided on the face of the form but difference in stated capital of $900 would be additional paid in capital.
