If you just call them at spoke to Roman and all you have to do is give them your credit card information either by sending it in or walking in the store and then they will have an account set up so that the chef can walk in and pick up his meat. Also, see what their policy is regarding accountability as you must be aware, it's one of the oldest chefs scams in the book. They could take some of the product intended for Jeff, so ifs good to have someone check on it every once in a while. They may not start off that way, but sometimes can breed dishonesty.
