The areas that remain unchanged, and which were asked to be changed by TWA cannot be changed — they are either VIPA policy mandates, or simply sections that are "standard", not negotiable. Kindly have TWA review and any detail can be discussed — TWA can call me and I will discuss same. If there is indeed any other item that can be changed, perhaps I can give best reasoning to VIPA and see if it is possible, once we discuss same.
