Subject: RE: TWA Proposed Hangar Lease
Good afternoon Mrs. de Jongh,
I send attached revised draft General Aviation hangar lease — as revised VIPA. The areas that remain unchanged,
and which were asked to be changed by TWA cannot be changed — they are either VIPA policy mandates, or simply
sections that are "standard", not negotiable.
Kindly have TWA review and any detail can be discussed — TWA can call me
and I will discuss same.
If there is indeed any other item that can be changed, perhaps I can give best reasoning to VIPA and see if it is
possible, once we discuss same. Our goal is to move forward to finalize this matter in best time allowable.
Thank you.

Subject: TWA Lease and Ltr forthe Fuel Farm/Pad
EFTA00417132
Good afternoon Walter,
I am once again following up with regard to the TWA lease for the hangar and the approval letter
for the fuel farm/pad. I spoke to Denise last week and I was under the impression that we would
be receiving both of these documents within a day or so. Please let me know what the hold up is
as I am really getting concerned.
With warm regards,
Cecile
