Get this...Jeffrey called me in to his dining room this morning while he was having breakfast with a gentleman (John) who I had diligently followed up with last week, over the weekend and this morning...asked if John would like anything in particular for breakfast, hit him this morning again with JE's address, etc....so i walk in to the dining room and the first thing JOHN says to me in front of Jeffrey is "wow Lesley, I have to say you are a really good assistant...very thorough..if you are ever looking you can look my way" Jeffrey made no comment but it couldn't have been better timing for him to hear something like this! ha! Anyway, about an hour ago jeffrey did pull me in again and closed the door and we had a 'chat'...it was all fine and I completely understand him wanting to speak with me...he was telling me he will probably have to let Harry Beller go (our trader)...he is letting go several pp on the island, he let go his trainer/body guard, etc...and that darren (the attorney) is losing focus on what is priority and wants to make sure i don't lose focus on what is important..and that the march 5 date is the upmost important... I said I understood it all. Who knows though...he could be prepping me for the axe...He is considering shutting down the accounting dept in NY as well and having it all done through his VI office. So we will see what happens— I am looking at the calendar and on the Thursday 29th we should definitely have Henry to our house for the play date so you have more time to finish packing, getting in a good workout, etc before your trip. And let me know if you wanted Henry to our house this week since Ty came to your house last week...whatever you want! It is going to be a beautiful week and they can't really play outside at our house which is a bummer but Maybe Gloryana could take them to the park...anyway , whatever works for you.
