Pursuant to the Court’s direction by order of July 22,2025, the position of our clients in response to the Motion is expressed as follows: We are in full agreement with the public disclosure of the grand jury transcripts, and further state that all Epstein-related information and documents in the possession and control of law enforcement, prosecutorial and other government agents and entities should be fully disclosed. All disclosures should be subject only to the condition that the identity and privacy rights of all victims be scrupulously preserved. This request for disclosure includes but is not limited to the complete transcripts of all interviews and depositions that have been or may be conducted with Ghislaine Maxwell.
