King Airport) recently approved to TWA. LLC. Our legal counsel is "reviewing/signing-off" on them, and any day now we should receive the legally sufficient document. Forthwith, the proposed lease for TWA,LLC's aforementioned premises will be drafted (actually, just to "plug in" the specifics) - and then routed for processing. TWA, LLC was given possession of the premises 09/01/2011. I was informed that the premises was leased "as is". We await Larry Visoski's return of the Construction/Alteration Application form with specifics regards planned refurbishment, to TWA, LLC's desire. In addition, we have provided Larry with a "Utilities Letter" as pertaining to electric and other utilities installments. With TWA, LLC in possession, the rent commencement date will be October 1, 2011. I trust this satisfies your inquiry. Sincerely. Walter Ps: The next challenge will be to actually "walk the area" approved for the fuel farm site (I am hopeful that Larry and I can follow-up on that shortly), and move to finalize those interests. As an aside, I will be away from the office from 09/26/2011 until my return 10/03/2011.
