We don't really have anyone else in the office to accept phone calls accept for me anymore...so there is a small window of time when calls will not be answered. Believe me, I try to do the best that I can...but even going to the bathroom can be tricky! and of course the inevitable happens, its the small window that a call comes in! I apologize, but it did not even register that I missed a call yesterday...I always look at my phone the minute I get to Grand Central...
