Larry is absolutely correct. It is a letter the effect of which is to extend and by its own terms withdraw the
extension. So, George, speak to Ted and try to get this resolved. It is not an extension because the extension
provided is by the terms of the letter cancelled as a result of the transfer of ownership. The extension has to be
EFTA00429772
in effect notwithstanding the transfer of ownership to Freedom Air International.

I have a concern in the extension cancellation condition section, it states that: "this extension will
immediately be canceled if for any of the following reasons:- "transfer of ownership or operator prior to or
during the extension",. At this time Aetna is owner, and we should request this extension for Freedom Air
then?
George, does this sound correct?
Thx

Larry is this for the correct engine. Does this satisfy the letter requirement to extend the hours by 300? Is
this technically sufficient? Please advise. Thanks.

Dear Darren, Jap and Tony
Below is an email I sent to George Reenstra and Larry Visoski. We have received the letter from
Turbomeca extending the life of the PT blades in the #1 engine on S76 472. This should satisfy the
requirements of the Letter Agreement between Freedom Air International and ASI Wings LLC that needed
to be met in order for Insured Aircraft Title Service to release the $25,000 they are holding. Darren, please
instruct Insured Aircraft Title Service to release these funds.
