I am not overly concerned , you are correct the extension is for Aetna
it is given to the operator, not the engine,( by that I mean it is
attached to the engine but under the condition that the operator is
acceptable to Turbomeca ) it will not be a blank extension until the
bulletin comes out. I am working to get it changed at this time to
Freedom Air, need some time.

I have a concern in the extension cancellation condition section, it
states that: "this extension will immediately be canceled if for any of
the following reasons:- "transfer of ownership or operator prior to or
during the extension",. At this time Aetna is owner, and we should
request this extension for Freedom Air then?
George, does this sound correct?
Thx

Larry is this for the correct engine. Does this satisfy the letter
requirement to extend the hours by 300? Is this technically sufficient?
Please advise. Thanks.

Dear Darren, Jap and Tony
Below is an email I sent to George Reenstra and Larry Visoski. We
have received the letter from Turbomeca extending the life of the PT
blades in the #1 engine on S76 472. This should satisfy the
requirements of the Letter Agreement between Freedom Air International
and ASI Wings LLC that needed to be met in order for Insured Aircraft
Title Service to release the $25,000 they are holding. Darren, please
instruct Insured Aircraft Title Service to release these funds.
