After being through all sketches and ideas review informations and requirements with you, I'll get on to hard lined studies which included many topics such as, 3D rendering, retaining wall and grading studies, soil depth, drainage, planting, pool, water feature, materials etc... My honorary fees are between 150$/Hour to 200$/Hour depending how precise the scale is, how complexe the project is and what horticulturist, architecture, or either biologie knowledges it envoles. As soon as I get a more precise survey, I shall be able to tell you how much time the sketches phase should take me and get back to you with a SKETCH DESIGN FEE PROPOSAL. Be aware that very interested by the project and that I have loads of ideas I would like to develop.
