Date: Tue, 25 Apr 2017 18:22:25 +0000
Greetings LV,
Misha Marrero from the VI Port Authority management office called to give the latest update, per the
maintenance department plumber's report of his findings:
I. The current pump is no longer operational. The new pump has arrived and will be installed tomorrow, 4/26.
2. Someone is tampering with the valves. Ms. Marrero is requesting that whoever is on the premises not to
tamper with the valves.

We have waited for 5 months for the first leak that you pointed out back in November of 2016 To port
Authority,. Now there is another leak in the PVC pipes in the outside pump house of our hanger,. Someone
knows about this, since the water was turned off., this needs to be fixed asap.,
It's time we get Hanger Rent concession, or something in return,. This is crazy.,
Thank you,
