1) full name(s) and brief bio/profile(s) of the Principal (the buyer) AND photo identification of EACH
AND ALL persons viewing the building must be provided for your files in advance of a viewing;
2) The principal must he present at viewing;
3) No cameras allowed in the building at any time;
4) All mobile devices must he checked with the building receptionist upon entering the building;
5) Only main rooms, lower levels and roof can he shown until the offer is accepted.
