I love your house and have enjoyed being here the past three years. It's true- I need to move for economic reasons, but can accommodate your schedule. I assume you are planning to sell your house. We could make an arrangement that either party can end the lease with 45 days notice. In terms of the monthly amount, i was looking at the four bedroom townhouse on Church street that's available at $3,800 a month. But we can work something out that's mutually acceptable. Also, I'll have the back rent for you soon. I still have two large checks pending that should arrive this month or in February. Either way, I guarantee i will catch up on the rent, including the late fees. It's a matter of "when" not "if".
