Regards, Natalia (Natasha) Molotkova Centurion Relationship Manager Hours: Mon through Friday 9AM-530PM EST so it is always paying 80% of the ticket price when you use points?...sounds like that is a good deal...it's 20% off the regular 1stibiz class ticket price?...I just want to make sure I have this correct before I present it to our accounting department and Jeffrey...! Regards, Natalia (Natasha) Molotkova Centurion Relationship Manager Hours: Mon through Friday 9AM-530PM EST Ok, so it would be best to book a straight up first/biz ticket completely with points through you cause it is essentially paying 80% of the ticket with points since he would get 20% of the points back? when does he get the 20% back in points to his account? And we can't do upgrade with AMEX points, only if we convert them to miles, and usually one AMEX point is one mile. I can check availability for upgrade, but you will have to handle it your self with airline directly, once the ungradable coach is issued. He can use AMEX points to issue first/business class ticket, and conversion is 1.000SD=100 points, and he will get 20% back from the amount of points was used, we can do that, easy. Regards, Natalia (Natasha) Molotkova Centurion Relationship Manager Hours: Mon through Friday 9AM-530PM EST HI Natasha...I have been told when booking travel for Karyna Shuliak ONLY, we need to now consider upgrading her every time to 1st class or Biz with Jeffrey's points. However, he only wants to use points when we get more than a penny a point...The way to think about this is: EXAMPLE- if a ticket cost $700.00, multiple the ticket price times 100...700x100= 70,000. If it is 60,000 points to get the ticket (or anything less than 70,000 points) then it is a good deal and Jeffrey wants us to use his points III Can you help me remember and help me work this out if I ever coordinate her tickets...? :) EFTA00469115 Lesley Privacy Statement I Visit the Centurion Card website To learn more about email security or report a suspicious e-mail, please visit us at americanexpress.com/phishing.
