The call is now at 3:30. Marty and Jack I know jeffrey has specific thoughts but my main question -that I
think will drive decisions in all cases -is there now or will there be in the future an opportunity for jeffrey to
personally tell his story with out risk That his testimony could be used in a criminal investigation or
proceeding. I understand the sex trafficking criminal aspect has no statute of limitations. As a result of that
maybe the answer is no there will always be a risk and jeffrey should never tell his story directly. If that's the
case then we all just need to wrap our heads around that and move on. If you believe enough time has passed
now or will in the future then we should evaluate the best way to take advantage of the opportunity. Also if
you could help us understand do we have any real protection from the circuit court order. In other words I
don't understand how jeffrey can give testimony protected by that order and that his testimony cannot be used
in a criminal proceeding or investigation. Maybe that's how it works. I just don't know. If we go the errata
sheet route in the circuit court action Scarola will definitely have an opportunity to cross-examine jeffrey on
the changes that we make. I'm assuming if we open the door in the circuit court case then everything is in
play and fair game. I'm OK with that if none of it can be used in a criminal investigation or proceeding.
Understanding that the CVRA action may influence everything and we need to continue to stay below the
radar. Looking forward to the call. This is a delicate issue and keeps me awake at night! OK at my age I'm
