March 8th at 8am CONFIRM #75577322 Date: Tue, 05 Mar 2019 20:25:03 +0000 Begin forwarded message: From: Lesley Groff <I Subject: Miami Regional Passport Agency Appt. Fri. March 8th at 8am CONFIRM #75577322 Date: March 5, 2019 at 12:25:23 PM EST To: Jefffrey Epstein <jeevacation@gmail.com>, Darren Indyke .ct > Your appointment at the Miami Regional Passport Agency is for 8am on Friday March 8th. Arrive 7:30am to go through security and screening. Omni Center 1501 Biscayne Boulevard, Suite 210 Miami, FL 33132 National Passport Information Center (877 487 2778) YOUR CONFIRM #75577322 Your PIN#3434 Your cell number is associated with your appointment: Take with -Your proof of US Citizenship (your passport-Take A PRINTED COPY also just in case!) -Your Passport Application DSII (make a copy for yourself) -Printed Copy of Proof of Travel (your ticket to Paris departing March 14) -Printed Copy of the FRONT and BACK on you DL -New Passport Photo -Money (CC, Check, Exact Cash) After speaking with 2 representatives from G3 (one in Washington, Lady, and one in Miami, Danny) I was told due to your situation, it is best for you to appear in person at the Miami Regional Passport Agency. You may need to fill out a written statement or there could be a swearing-in process. The regular post office in West Palm Beach would merely `clerk' your documents, it is better for you to go directly to the state department. I obtained the "Customer Service of the State Department' phone number (202 485 8100). They will only speak directly to the applicant in case you want to ask more questions about your situation specifically. Below is what to expect upon your arrival to Miami Regional Passport Agency 1. We suggest you arrive 30 minutes early to go through security screening. Weapons, food, and drinks are not allowed. 2. Report to the first floor of the Omni Building's NE 15th Street entrance and wait to be called for your appointment. 3. When prompted, take the elevator to the 3rd floor. EFTA00492064 4. Check in at the Information Desk. Give them your appointment confirmation number to verify your appointment. 5. Be seated and wait until we call your number. 6. When we call your number, go to your assigned window. 7. A Department of State employee will review your application and supporting materials and discuss available delivery options. Please note: We may not see you exactly at your appointment time. Below Link is for the Travel.State.Gov passport agency info: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports/requirements/where-to-applylpassport-agencies/miami.html The reason the Post Office today turned you away is because you want to expedite your passport and needed the "Letter of Authorization' from G3 (2 copies signed by you) to include in your sealed envelope. You do not need a `Letter of Authorization' when you appear yourself at the Regional Passport Agency since you are in person. Only needed when a 3rd party is representing you. EFTA00492065
