From: Lesley Groff To: Darren Indyke Subject: Re: G3 Passport Agency Date: Wed, 03 Apr 2019 19:48:31 +0000 Looking on line at agencies near JE's house and have received good reviews: A-Passport & Visa Service http://www.avisaservices.com/second-passport.php If this was a normal 2nd passport, I'm sure it could be done very quickly...BUT, doesn't he have to get the same stamp on this passport as the 10 year re Sex Offender? I was told by G3 it is up to the discretion of the Dept. of State...they look at each case individually and could come back with additional questions, requests for court orders or extra file searches. I don't know how much you want to reveal to a new agency now? Do you want to call and dance around this with them? I don't want to say the wrong thing? G3 also believed we could request a 2nd valid passport by sending in the old second passport and just a copy of the new 10 year passport. We need to fill out the DS-82 Application, Letter to the US Passport Agency explaining the need for a 2nd US passport, evidence of immediate travel (I can get this), 2 passport pictures (I have some, but I think a new picture is best), Authorization letter that allows A-Passport & Visa to submit on Jeffrey's behalf. Also, Larry sent me an email stating Jeffrey would leave no earlier than 7pm on Sat. (April 6)...I am making Jeffrey plans for Palm Beach starting Sun. April 7...so I do think he is going to PB earlier than you thought... So that if we have to deliver the passport to the service company and it can't be returned the same day for example, we need to know how to get the passport to him. I think he is supposed to come to PB on 4/8 and then go to LSJ on 4/11. So, I think there are a few days in NY left still. I would try NY for now. DARREN K. INDYKE 5300 W.
