If for any reason you cancel your order prior to completion, we shall retain a portion of your payment equal to the work completed to that point. Refunds will be determined and dispensed solely at our discretion. Proofing: Once your order is in, you will receive a PDF proof and final print specs from us via email. This action requires you to APPROVE through email. This step is required in order for us to print your project. PLEASE NOTE: Any errors found after you've approved are your responsibility. Always double check everything for accuracy no matter how confident you feel. Reprints are heartbreaking and expensive; generally costing as much to print the second time. Press Proofs (Optional): Publidde offers press proofs on most jobs for an additional fee. Press proofs allow you to see the actual printing process of your job on the actual paper. Due to setup and material costs, press proofs are usually billed O 5200 per process and can take 5+ working days to produce. Let us know if you would like to press proof one or multiple of your job processes and we can determine the additional cost for your order. Finishing/Pickup/Shipping: We will call or email once your job is finished.
