JE Punch List —July 23, 2012 Directives
1. Clean Up - make as many barge runs as necessary

- Kawasaki parts order submitted twice — awaiting direction
- Remove all concrete trucks and cement hopper no later than 7/27
- Cement hopper scheduled to be transported to the Heavy Materials - St. John yard for storage 7/26
pending cost quotes to be forwarded 7/24 for approval
- Concrete trucks — Monique/Daphne following up on storage and pricing for JE review and approval
3. Computers
- Buy new computers — 2 Macs Desktops & 1 Laptop — Captains' Office - ordered
4. Five Palms
Internet/Phone Switch installed — fiber to be re-tested 7/24
- Phone set up left of desk — switch installed 7/20 - COMPLETE
- Wireless inside only — as of date 7/10 via JE — installation 7/24 — 7/25

- Exterior Door Shutters — estimate forwarded to JE 7/12 - $2,865.00 - awaiting direction

- Floor Gold Lamps - electrical wiring needs to be replaced, completion expected 7/20
- Fire pit — fix — a new propane tank was installed but it is now empty - Danny and Brian suspect there is a leak -
they will investigate 7/24
5. Grotto
- Furniture — put back in grotto
- Curtains — more curtains ordered — cream for the bed at the base of the grotto — expected to arrive to Zorro
to take to LSJ 7/31
- Genset wiring — COMPLETE - Danny reviewing auto start from Kite House
6. Berm/Top of Hill
- Stone threshold needs total re-do — must be level and straight
- Boulders —Jules to finish boulder work
- Electrical — Low voltage transformer in place - placement & connection of lights completed
- Main transformer on site - installation to begin 7/16
- Concrete Band — require confirmed mark out via JE
7. Engineering/Maintenance Yard
- Steel Shed concrete pad — COMPLETE
- Metal Sheets - on old building replaced - work to begin 7/18

— Lights on site, electrical installation complete
12. Solutions for Generators
— Soundproofing Installation — back wall and door to be completed 7/24
13. Tiki
— Shields have been shipped awaiting arrival at Tropical
14. Kite House
— relocation of outside furniture from 5 Palms once new 5 Palms furniture on site
15. Chillax Room
— requires furniture piece for electrical/media equipment — Sarah
16. Chillax Bathroom
- require blue rugs for bathroom & vanity area — Sarah
17. Mechanical Building
- Replacement Transformer — estimated date to be shipped from factory (Illinois) 8/21
18. Boats
- Lady G — sell — in hurricane storage 7/18
- Lady K — sell — survey forwarded to Darren & Rich, suggested price $225,000
- Big N — repair — will go to Subbase Drydock after 8/7
19. Timers
- Review installing timers on air conditioners, irrigation water systems, and lights
- Set all air conditioning to 85 degrees (no need to keep anything cooler)
- No irrigation week of 7/23
20. Beach lighting
— per JE, replace existing transformers for the beach lighting of palms around the salt pond and beach
21. Transient Surge Protection — will review and forward estimate ASAP - Danny
22. Ice Maker — ordered 6/21 — vendor will confirm delivery date 7/24
23. Landscaping
- Soil material on site - soil removed from beds 7/16 — area replanted - COMPLETE
- Peter to finish transplanting engineering palms — JE to advise where they are to be transplanted to
- Finish sundial corner (trees, stones, hydro-seed)
