- Mirrored siding — continue to reglue as sections fall off, 2 sections off, area needs to dry before installation can be
completed
- Piano/Stool —to be relocated to hanger after visit
4. Grotto
- Mattress cover — completion delayed due to owner travelling to northeast — completion expected 11/14
5. Berm/Top of Hill
— Brice investigating a wood/paper combination material for hydro-seeding. Distributor found, sourcing material
- Pergola construction for high road benches — David — require design details/number from JE
6. Triangle
- Palms - relocated once Lull is repaired
- Gorilla — to be relocated to top of triangle once Lull is repaired
- Installation of lights — final light installation will be completed once Gorilla is relocated
7. Flagpole Pool Cabana
- Furniture — Desk - ETA STT 12/10
- Area Rug — JE requested 11/7 either soft white with black design or plain white extra soft rug - Sarah
- Pace clock — ordered 2 units due on site 11/8 delay due to Sandy ETA 11/14
8. LSJ Dock
- Dock box top & seat — Installed. Require more coats for UV Protection, which will be completed after visit
- Dock Carpet — David will install early Dec
9. Dock Boxes
- David will attempt to refurbish & replace all rotten lids & bases on existing boxes
10. Chillax Room
— Requires furniture piece for electrical/media equipment - Sarah forwarded another suggestion 11/13
11. Chillax Bathroom
- Walls in vanity area to be painted —JE to select color/style.
- Install Robe Hook on bathroom door —require location/height. Sarah has ordered correct hook 11/11
12. Boats
- Lady G — sell — will remain at Nanny Cay until sold. LV investigating selling in NJ
- Big N — rams/boxes installation & painting — complete. Hydraulic hoses installation & final electrical completion

13. AC - Set all air conditioning to 80 degrees EXCEPT gym, guest rooms, and storage areas — they remain at 85 degrees

Tropical shipped to Nassau in error, customer who received goods is refusing to return items. Awaiting claim forms
from Tropical. Per JE direction reordered 11/09

- Old Punching Bag to be reinstalled — complete 11/13
- Glass front fridge on site 11/15 to be installed — David to trim out location
- Ballet Room Windows — chipped. Opener needs gluing — will complete after visit
