MOE: Yes, your Honor. 9 The government submits that proceeding remotely in 10 this fashion would protect the interests of the parties and the 11 safety in view of the pandemic. We further submit that this 12 proceeding can be conducted remotely with full participation of 13 the parties in view of the preparation and steps everyone has 14 taken to ensure proper participation. 15 THE COURT: All right.
