I have not heard from my client to approve this additional cost that was not pointed out at the beginning of this
process.

Hi Gregory,
Hope all is well.
To avoid unwanted delays, our warehouse manager (in copy in this email) needs to know asap,
if they can produce the crates for the listed items, that Eduardo sent to you.
Please, let us know.

G,
I spoke to our warehouse manager and she is releasing all items from the port as we speak (since there were
2 orders ETA march 22nd, which arrived a bit earlier)
The crates are just for safety considering it is a 3rd part delivery, this orders have a large amount of items from
Brasil, and we do not want to have problems, which might take more of your time to solve.
Accounting is working in the final numbers for the balance which we need before shipping.
Once more we are sorry for all the delay, soon all items will be in the apartments.
Thank you,
Best,
E

Why are we being told about this now and not when we placed the order and negotiate the shipping charge?
Rosana promised me last night on the phone to get to the bottom of this today!

Please find attached a list of all wood crates to be added to the balance.
Our warehouse manager strongly suggests to crate all fragile items.

Eduardo,
NO THIS IS YOUR MISUNDERSTANDING. I NEVER SUGGESTED THAT WE WAIT UNTIL THE
22ND OF MARCH until all the orders were in!
This is a ridiculous claim and as i proved with the emails I forwarded to Rosana, you and your company have
consistently mislead us in regards to the deliveries. How many times do I have to point this out before you
understand it.
We will have serious problems if the orders that are in are not shipped THIS WEEK!
My client does not want to wait another day. Six orders have been ready since February 12th, according to
your list below.
Why have they not been delivered as promised?
This is no way of doing business and extremely unprofessional.

Gregory,
No, you misunderstood the information!
If you revise the email with the ETA's sent 01/13, there are orders "arriving on march 22"
and after arriving we still need to dear customs, I never said everything had arrived.
The pending orders were finalized (after deposit is been received around December 15) and as advised all
merchandise from Brasil takes 10/12 weeks (not counting holidays) which means we are on time!

Eduardo,
A few days have passed... again...
My understanding of this situation that these orders have been stuck in customs for almost a full month,
according to your emails.
After my client requested that all orders be delivered as they were ready a schedule was set for the additional
deliveries in February and March, neither of which has happened.
As I've stated before you have well over $460,000 of my clients money and we have only a quarter of the
furniture delivered.
There is no reason for further delay in shipment and you better have an answer for my client before Rich
returns on friday
otherwise you will hear directly from him.

Gregory,
Please understand.. I would love to confirm a date for the next delivery, but unfortunately there is a factor out
of our hands and that is "customs" at the port.
Daiana and our warehouse team are on standby to advise as soon as everything is been ready to ship.
As you know we had quoted "one shipment" to NY, and after you requested to split it in December near
Christmas, we did everything as fast as possible to accommodate a partial delivery.
At this point I ask you to please wait for just a few more days so we can send you a final quote for the freight
(due to changes) so all the items can be checked and shipped.
Once we provide the final freight and date, we will need to receive the balance in order to ship the last part of
the order.
Thank you again,
Best,
Eduardo+

Rosana,
Below is another email documenting the implication that we were going to receive a delivery in February!
I shouldn't have to point these things out if your company was following through on its promises.
Please rectify this situation ASAP.

Good morning Gregory,
As soon as I receive the report, will send it to you.
The items have a arrival ETA for the 22nd, which means it must clear customs and be all checked at the
warehouse before sending.
Regarding freight to NY, Daiana is in copy to let us know once everything is ready and the scheduled with
Confianca.
Yes we will include the beds to the delivery, all will be consolidated, just the last Herzog night stands will be
sent later, since the order was just placed.
I will send the order for the 2 additional cushions to Karyna.
Thank you,
Eduardo

Eduardo,
Where is the accounting report? Also what is happening with the delivery schedule for NYC?
Are we receiving a delivery next week and does that include the beds? I have mattress' to coordinate
a delivery with as soon as possible.
Also did you ever answer Karyna about the off white cushions for Palm Beach matching what we already
received?
Please let us know.

Hi Karyna/ Gregory,
Attached are the special orders for our Rigel lounge chairs and Herzog nightstand.
It is hard to actually see the colors on a picture, but the structure would be is the dark espresso (paint)
and the drawer in P01 which would give you a richer look, overall will lot all dark.

Also we submitted all the paperwork to accounting, as soon as we receive the final report, I will forward to
you.
Thank you,
Best,
