As soon as a bike opens in the class, you can be sure we will contact you right away! Here's how it works: 1. As bikes open up in the class, we'll give them away to riders on the wait list in the order that they placed themselves on the list. 2. When a bike becomes available - bam! - you will automatically be added to the class! 3. Of course, you'll get an email and a phone call as a confirmation that you are scheduled to ride. This can happen up until two hours before the class starts, so please keep in mind that if you no longer want a bike you must remove yourself from the wait list to avoid being charged. 4. Please keep your phone number and email address up to date to ensure we are able to communicate with you. If you do not get into the class, it will be returned to your class series (not refunded). You're always welcome to come stand by for a class if you're still on the wait list as the class time approaches. Unclaimed reserved bikes are released 4 minutes before the start time for each class and are given to riders standing by in the order that they placed themselves on the list. There are often a number of released bikes available! Please note: We do not offer the option of 'switching' classes. You're welcome to attend a class whenever there is a bike available! However, if you're scheduled for one class but prefer to attend at another time, you will be charged for both reservations, if you have not canceled your first bike by 5 PM the night before.
