If JE is ok with filing, then you need to decide whether you will either not provide net and gross income figures, claiming that this is a new business and stating in the cover letter that 2011 gross and net income figures are not yet available, or whether you want to provide a ballpark estimate for Gross and Net income figures. If you want to provide ballpark figures, get them to Davis asap. I would try to get this to Davis Woo before you leave this morning, so he can take care of it.
