This is the last email I sent to the flooring guy.. I have not gotten a response yet.
They keep coming up with excuses why the flooring wasn't done correctly. I have so far paid for the material, but
not the install. I will discuss everything with you over phone, but wanted to give you a basic understanding

141 Michael,
Sony for the delayed response.
My client would like the kitchen redone in a straight square pattern same as the hallway and other rooms. I'm a
bit confused by your explanation as to why the kitchen is so crooked. There is not one wall in the kitchen where
the pattern is straight, therefore, it would be an obvious conclusion that the installation was not done correctly.
All the other areas where the pattern is a straight square, it is straight and properly installed. I believe the
installers just didn't know how to install on the diagonal.
Also, I spoke to the building manager, and he told me he suggested that the installer snap a line in the center of
the room to work of(not off a designated wall) but the installer ignored his suggestion.
I'd like to know how much extra material we have left as well from us ordering extra to put everything on a
diagonal, but weren't able to do so. I'm guessing there is quite a bit of extra material left.
Let me know how you'd like to proceed and when you can have the kitchen reinstalled. You are welcome to
come have a look yourself in person so you can see that there is not one wall in the kitchen where the pattern is
straight.
Thank you,

Either way this product is installed there will be a wall with a pattern that is not square because the rooms
walls are not square to begin with. Our mechanic installed this product square to a designated wall as per the
building manager. If we had it square to the wall in the picture than the other wall will be off square. Your
client needs to understand that there will be a wall with an un-square pattern due to the cooked walls, not the
flooring. As for the balance, the job was installed satifactory and I will need to have that paid before anything
moves forward.
Thank you
