I reordered new pool towels from them earlier this year and JE did not like them. I have shown him a few samples of high end towels and he didn't like those either. I know he wants white pool towels which we can monogram LSJ on, but he doesn't seem to like any I show him. I think the best bet is to buy a few samples from different places, try to find a basic towel he likes then get them monogrammed somewhere. I think the key is just finding a towel he likes the feel of which is large enough for a pool towel.
