Everything is good with the drawing! I'm trying to get a confirm on the Lbars with finish, etc. and yes, we
should add an additional 100 square feet of mirror. Thanks!

L bar will withstand tropical environment (it is made out of aluminum). As long as everything is ok with the drawing I'll
go ahead and email you a final price which will include the I bar, acrylic mirrors and adhesive. Did you also need extra
panels?

Thank you. One last question.. What material is the L Bar made of? Do you think they will rust in a tropical
environment?

That would be my recommendation however the top row will not be the same size as the bottom and middle row
(48x96). The j bar is more so for extra support.

Yes of course. In your original quote, you suggested using 8 panels. Is that still what you'd recommend? And do
the J bars help with the distortion issue?

That's not a problem
but I do need to make sure that you and your customer are aware of when installing the
acrylic mirrors there could be possibility for distortion and even more so when they are butted up with each other.
With that being said if we need to cut equal panels then we'll need to cut more smaller, pieces which could involve
more seams and distortion...am I making sense?

J
Hi Stephanie
They would like all the pieces to be cut the same size, apart from the 2 notches at the top. Can you please
send a diagram for this along with the sizing of the pieces. Thanks so much. And I will get an answer as well
if they want to use J bars. Were you able to find a photo that shows them used with a mirror by chance?
Thanks,

sorry to be a pain, but do you also have a photo showing the LBar mounted with a mirror so we can see
what it looks like mounted and how much of it would actually be showing? Just so I can understand as well
how it's used in application, would you use the adhesive to mount the Lbar as well, or they would be
screwed in? And basically they just provide a type of shelve for the mirror to sit on to provide more support
in addition to the adhesive?

Good Afternoon
I would say glue and an L bar would be your best option. The L channel comes in chrome, gold, brushed nickel and oil
rubbed bronze. I have attached a picture so you can get an idea as to what the I bar would look like.
Thanks!

Hi Stephanie,
I will offer them that option and show them your design idea as well.
Also, do you have a recommendation for which type of install would be best? And do you have a photo of
the J Channels and bars you can send me? What color/finishes does it come in?

Great! The address is:
Brice Gordon
FTC
St.Thomas USVI 00802
Fed Ex account number is:
I have attached a photo of the wall we will be using to cover in the mirror. I have updated, more exact
measurements of this wall which are:
32' 1.5" wide
20' 9" tall
Notches are 38" wide by 16 " high
Please note, the measurements for the 2 "notches" at the top which I will also need to add to our order 2
pieces of mirror for these. Can you please suggest the best sizing for the panels using these updated
measurements?
Also, the client is asking me to order 100 additional square feet of minor "just in case".
Do you have a photo of the J Channels and J Bars which you could send me? The wall is made of
concrete with synthetic coating and I'm wondering which application method for this type of wall you
think would be best; adhesive, or the J Channels/bars?
Thanks for all your help!
