Ok, we are almost home free, hopefully this is last stop, if you could I need the security code on the front of your AMEX
card so I can process the shipping request so I can get the green light to my shipping dept and we get this order rolling.
Stephanie has your initial credit form but it was given to our accountant and then we would have to track her down etc.
We are just trying to get all this ready and on its way to you. Or we can try to contact our accountant but it's just going
to delay process more so I figured just email you get info we punch it in we get this rolling. Thanks and have a great day.
As long as this goes tomorrow your good for Tuesday. Just can't wait too long.

No problem for you to use your freight service. As long as it will still arrive at Tropical on Tuesday of next
week. Thanks!

Ok another dilemma, Your fed ex account is restricted to air or small package service only, it cannot be used for LTL
freight shipments, I either need another FED ex account number that is valid for LTL freight service or we can use our
own freight service using southeastern freight lines, the cost to get the freight from here to Miami is quoted at
$285.00 then that would get the freight to Tropical shipping, then you would have to take it from there. If you decide
to allow us to use our freight service I need your permission per email so we can charge your account accordingly.
Please let me know as soon as possible cause this freight is ready to go.

Thank you. If we sent to Miami today, it would arrive on Monday or Tuesday? Is it possible for it to go out
today still or is it too late already?

If we ship to Miami to tropical shipping it would be 2 business days then from tropical shipping to st Thomas
how ever long they ETA, if we do it fed ex economy it will arrive in ST Thomas on May 3rd, if we do Fed ex Express it
will arrive in ST Thomas on May 2nd so if you think about either way they will arrive all around same time, but
these ETA were based on this freight going out today. So we can figure out the days by looking at these ETA's so just
take a look let me know.
